٤٩.          عَنْ ابِي يَحْيَی قَالَ: سَمِعَ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْخَوَارِجِ وَ هُوَ يُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ يَقُولُ: ﴿وَلَقَدْ اوْحِيَ الَيْکَ وَالَی الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِکَ لَءِنْ اشْرَکْتَ لَيَحْبِطَنَّ عَمَلُکَ وَ لَتَکُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِيْنَ﴾،[الزمر، 39: 65]، قَالَ فَتَرَکَ سُورَتَهُ الَّتِي کَانَتْ فِيْهَا قَالَ: وَ قَرَا﴿فَاصْبِرْ انَّ وَعْدَ ﷲ حَقٌّ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّکَ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ﴾، [الروم، 30: 60.]

49.          “Aboo Yahya Se Marwi Hai Unhone Bayan Kiya Ki Ek Khaariji Ne Sub’h Ki Namaz Me Yeh Aayat Padhi. “Aur Fil-Haqeeqat Aap Kee Taraf (Yeh) Wahyi Kee Ga’i Hai Aur Un (Paighambaro’n) Kee Tarh (Bhi) Jo Aap Se Pehle (Mab’oos Hu’e) They Ki (Ae Insan!) Agar Too Ne Shirk Kiya To Yaqeenan Tera ‘Amal Barbaad Ho Jaa’ega Aur Too Zaroor Nuqsaan Uthaane Waalo’n Me Se Hoga.” Mazeed Bayan Kiya: Phir Is Soorat Ko Chhod Kar Us Ne Doosri Soorat Kee Yeh Aayat Padh Daali,  “Pas Aap Sabr Keeji’e, Be-Shak Allah Ta’ala Ka Wa’da Sachcha Hai, Jo Log Yaqeen Nahin Rakhte Kahi’n Aap Ko Kamzor Hee Na Kar De.” (Khawaarij In Aayaate Qur’ani Ko Chun-Chun Kar Namaz Me Padhte They Jin Se Baza’m Khesh Un Badbakhto’n Ke Ma’adhAllah Huzoor SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Kee Tanqeese Shaan Ka Koi Shaa’eba Paida Hota Tha. ٥٠.          عَنْ ابِي غَالِبٍ قَالَ: کُنْتُ فِي مَسْجِدِ دِمَشْقٍ فَجَاءُوا بِسَبْعِيْنَ رَاسًا مِنْ رُؤُوسِ الْحُرُورِيَةِ فَنُصِبَتْ عَلَی دُرَجِ الْمَسْجِدِ، فَجَاءَ ابُو امَامَةَ رَضِيَ ﷲ تَعَالىٰ عَنْهُ فَنَظَرَ الَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ: کِلَابُ جِهَنَّمَ، شَرُّ قَتْلَی قُتِلُوا تَحْتَ ظِلِّ السَّمَاءِ، وَ مَنْ قُتِلُوا خَيْرُ قَتْلَی تَحْتَ السَّمَاءِ، وَ بَکَی فَنَظَرَ الَيَّ وَقَالَ: يَا ابَا غَالِبٍ! انَّکَ مِنْ بَلَدِ هَؤُلَاءِ؟ قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: اعَاذَکَ، قَالَ: اظُنُّهُ قَالَ: ﷲ مِنْهُمْ، قَالَ: تَقْرَا آلَ عِمْرَانَ؟ قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: ﴿مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُحْکَمَاتٌ هُنَّ امُّ الْکِتَابِ وَ اخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ، فَامَّا الَّذِيْنَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبعُونَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاءَ تَاوِيْلِهِ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَاوِيْلَهُ الَّا ﷲ، والرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ﴾، [آل عمران، 3: 7]، قَالَ: ﴿يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌ وَّ تَسْوَدُّ وُجُوهٌ فَامَّا الَّذِيْنَ اسْوَدَّتْ وُجُوْهُهُمْ اکَفَرْتُمْ بَعْدَ ايْمَانِکُمْ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا کُنْتُمْ تَکْفُرُونَ﴾ [آل عمران، 3: 106]، قُلْتُ: يَا ابَا امَامَةَ! انِّي رَايْتُکَ تُهْرِيْقُ عِبْرَتَکَ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، رَحْمَةٌ لَهُمْ انَّهُمْ کَانُوا مِنْ اهْلِ الاسْلَامِ، قَالَ: افْتَرَقَتْ بَنُو اسْرَائِيْلَ عَلَی وَاحِدَةٍ وَ سَبْعِيْنَ فِرْقَةً، وَ تَزِيْدُ هَذِهِ الْامَّةُ فِرْقِةً وَاحِدَةً، کُلُّهَا فِي النَّارِ الَّا السَّوَادَ الْاعْظَمَ، عَلَيْهِمْ مَا حُمِّلُوا وَ عَلَيْکُمْ مَا حُمِّلْتُمْ، وَ انْ تُطِيْعُوهُ تَهْتَدُوا، وَمَا عَلَی الرَّسُولِ الَّا الْبَلَاغُ، السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ الْفِرْقَةِ وَالْمَعْصِيَةِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: يَا ابَا امَامَةَ! امِنْ رَايِکَ تَقُولُ امْ شَيئٌ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ ﷲ صَلَّى ﷲ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: انِّي اذًا لَجَرِيئٌ قَالَ: بَلْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ ﷲ صَلَّى ﷲ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً وَلَا مَرَّتَيْنِ حَتَّی ذَکَرَ سَبْعًا. رَوَاهُ ابْنُ ابِي شَيْبَةَ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ.

50.          “Aboo Ghalib Se Riwayat Hai Woh Bayan Karte Hain Ki Mein Masjide Dimashq Me Tha Ki Khaarjiyo’n Ke Sattar⁷⁰ Sar Dimashq Me Masjid Ki Seedhiyo’n Par Nasb Ki’e Ga’e Hazrat Aboo Umamah RadiyAllahu Ta’ala ‘Anhu Ne Un Kee Taraf Dekh Kar Kaha Ki Yeh Jahannam Ke Kutte Hain Aur Zere Aasmaan Tamam Maqtoolo’n Se Bad-Tar Hain Aur Un Ke Qaatilo’n Se Jo Shahid Hu’e Woh Zere Aasmaan Tamam Maqtoolo’n Se Behtar Hain Yeh Kaha Aur Ro Pade Phir Meri Taraf Dekha Aur Poochha: Ae Aboo Ghalib, Kya Too Is Shehr Se Hai, Mein Ne Kaha: Haa’n. Phir Yeh Aayaat “Jis Me Se Kuchh Aayate Mohkam (Ya’ni Zaahiran Bhi Saaf Aur Waazeh Maa’ne Rakhne Waali) Hain Wohi (Ahkaam) Kitab Kee Buniyaad Hain Aur Doosri Aayate Mutashaabeh (Ya’ni Ma’na Me Ka’i Ehtemaal Aur Ishtebaah Rakhne Waali) Hain, So Woh Log Jin Ke Dilo’n Me Kajee (Buraa’i) Hai Us Me Se Sirf Mutashaabehaat Kee Pairwi Karte Hain (Faqat) Fitna Parwari Kee Khaaahish Ke Zere Asar Aur Asl Muraad Kee Bajaa’e Manpasand Ma’na Muraad Lene Kee Gharaz Se, Aur Us Kee Asl Muraad Ko Allah Ke Siwa Koi Nahin Jaanta, Aur ‘Ilm Me Kaamil Pukhtagi Rakhne Waale.” Aur Farmaya: “Jis Din Ka’i Chehre Safed Honge Aur Ka’i Chehre Siyaah Honge, To Jin Ke Chehre Siyaah Ho Jaa’enge (Un Se Kaha Ja’ega) Kya Tum Ne Imaan Laane Ke Baa’d Kufr Kiya? To Jo Kufr Tum Karte Rahe They So Un Ke ‘Azaab (Ka Maza) Chakh Lo.” Mein Ne Kaha Aboo Umamah! Mein Dekhta Hoo’n Ki Aap Ro Rahe Hain? Unhone Kaha: Haa’n. Un Logo’n (Khaarjiyo’n) Par Taras Khaate Hu’e Kyun Ki Yeh Ahle Islam Me Se They. Aur Ghaur Se (Ahkamaat) Sun’na Aur Un Ko Baja Laana Tafreqa Aur Na-Farmani Se Behtar Hai. Pas (Yeh Sun Kar) Ek Shakhs Ne Kaha: Ae Aboo Umamah! Kya Aap Apni Taraf Se Yeh Baate’n Keh Rahe Ho Ya Un Me Se Kuchh Aap Ne Huzoor Nabiyye Akram SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Se Suni Hain? Unhone Kaha: (Agar Mein Apni Taraf Se Kaho’n) Tab To Mein Bohat Badi Jasaarat Karne Waala Hoo’n Nahin Balki Mein Ne (Yeh Baate’n) Ek¹ Ya Do² Dafa Nahin Balki Saat⁷ Baar Suni Hain.”

DĔHSHAT-GARDĪ AUR FITNĀ-E ḲHAWĀRIJ

مَوْلَایَ  صَلِّ  وَسَلِّمْ  دَآئِمًا  اَبَدًا
عَلٰی حَبِیْبِکَ خَیْرِ   الْخَلْقِ کُلِّھِمِ

مُحَمَّدٌ   سَیِّدُ  الْکَوْنَیْنِ  وَالثَّقَلَیْنِ
وَالْفَرِیْقَیْنِ مِنْ عُرْبٍ  وَّمِنْ عَجَمِ

﴾صَلَّى اﷲُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَعَلٰى آلِه وَاَصْحَابِه وَبَارِکْ وَسَلِّمْ﴿

Ḥarfe āghāz

Guzishtā kaʼī sāloṅ se Dĕhshat-Gardī kī az̲īyat nāk lĕhr ne Ummate Muslimā ko bil-ʻumūm aur Pākistān ko bil-ḳhuṣūṣ bad-nām kar rakkhā hai. Is meṅ koʼi shak nahīṅ ki jahāṅ Musalmān majmū’ī ṭaur par Dĕhshat-Gardī kī maz̲ammat‎ aur muḳhālefat‎‎ karte haiṅ aur Islām ke sāth us kā dūr kā rishtā bhī qubūl karne ko tayyār nahīṅ haiṅ, wahāṅ kuc̥h log is kī khāmosh ḥimāyat bhī karte dikhā’ī dete haiṅ. Yeh log is kī khullam-khullā maz̲ammat‎-o muḳhālefat‎‎ ke bajā’e mauz̤ūʻ ko ḳhalṭ mab·ḥas̲ ke z̲arīʻe uljhā dete haiṅ. Dĕhshat-Gardī ke qaumī, ʻilāqā’ī aur bayn-ul-aqwāmī asbāb meṅ ʻālamī saṭḥ par baʻz̤‎ muʻāmalāt meṅ Musalmānoṅ ke sāth nā-insāfī, baʻz̤‎ ḳhiṭṭoṅ meṅ bāla-dast tāqatoṅ ke dohre meʻyārāt aur kaʼī mamālik meṅ shiddat pasandī ke ḳhātime ke li’e ṭawīl-ul-mīʻād jāreḥīyat jaise masa’il bunyādī nauʻīyat ke haiṅ.

 

Isī ṭarḥ Dĕhshat-Gardoṅ kī ṭaraf‎ se musallaḥ‎ fasād angezī, insānī qatl-o ġhārat-gardī, dunyā bhar ke pur-amn insānī ābādiyoṅ par ḳhẉud-kush ḥamle, masājid, mazārāt, taʻlīmī idāroṅ, bāzāroṅ, sarkārī ʻimāratoṅ, trade centeroṅ, difāʻī tarbīyatī markazoṅ, sifārat khānoṅ, gādiyoṅ aur dīgar public maqāmāt par bam-bārī jaise insāne dushman, saffākānā aur bahīmānā iqdāmāt roz marrā kā maʻmūl ban chuke haiṅ. Yeh log ā’e din sainkr̥oṅ hazāroṅ jānoṅ ke be-dareġh qatl aur insānī barbādī ke ʻamal ko jihād se mansūb kar dete haiṅ aur yūṅ pūre Islāmī tasawwure jihād ko ḳhalaṭ malaṭ karte rehte haiṅ. Is se nau-jawān nasl ke z̲ehn bil-ḳhuṣūṣ aur kaʼī sādah loḥ Musalmānoṅ ke z̲ehn bil-ʻumūm parāgandā aur tashkīk-o ib·hām kā shikār ho rahe haiṅ kyūṅ ki aise iqdāmāt karne wāle Musalmānoṅ meṅ se hī ut̥hte haiṅ, Islāmī ʻibādāt-o manāsik kī anjām-dehī bhī karte haiṅ aur un kī ẓāhirī waḍʻe qaṭʻa bhī sharīʻat ke muṭābiq‎ hotī hai. Lehāz̲a ʻām Musalmān hī nahīṅ balki peshtar ʻulama’ aur dānishwar bhī ek maḳhmaṣe meṅ mubtalā haiṅ ki aise afrād aur girohoṅ ke is ṭarḥ ke ṭarze ʻamal, tarīqā-e kār aur iqdāmāt ke bāre meṅ sharʻī aḥkāmāt kyā haiṅ?

 

Ilāwah azīṅ Maġhrebī dunyā meṅ media ʻālame Islām ke hawāle se ṣirf shiddat pasandī aur Dĕhshat-Gardī ke iqdāmāt-o wāqeʻāt ko hī highlight kartā hai aur Islām ke mus̲bat pĕhlū, ḥaqīqī pur-amn taʻlīmāt aur insāne dost falsafā-o ṭarze ʻamal ko qaṭʻī ṭaur par ujāgar nahīṅ kartā. Ḥatttá ki ḳhẉud ālame Islām meṅ Dĕhshat-Gardī ke ḳhilāf pā’ī jāne wālī nafrat, maz̲ammat‎ aur muḳhālefat‎‎ kā sar se taz̲kirā bhī nahīṅ kartā. Jis ke natīje meṅ manafī ṭaur par Islām aur intehā’-pasandī wa Dĕhshat-Gardī ko bā-ham bracket kar diyā gayā hai aur ṣūrate ḥāl yeh hai ki Islām kā nām sunte hī Maġhrebī z̲ehnoṅ meṅ Dĕhshat-Gardī kī taṣwīr ubharne lagtī hai. Is se nā ṣirf Maġhrib meṅ parwarish pāne wālī Muslim nau-jawān nasl intehā’ī pareshān, mutaz̲abz̲ab aur iz̤ṭerāb-angez haijān kā shikār hai balki pūre ālam Islām ke nau-jawān eʻteqādī, fikrī aur ʻamali leḥāẓ se mutazalzal aur z̲ehnī inteshār meṅ mubtalā ho rahe haiṅ.

 

In tamām ḥālāt ke natīje meṅ do ṭarḥ ke radde ʻamal aur nuqṣānāt paidā ho rahe haiṅ. Ek nuqṣān Islām aur Ummate Muslimā kā aur dūsra nuqṣān ālame Maġhrib aur bil-ḳhuṣūṣ pūrī insānīyat kā. Islām aur Ummate Muslimā kā nuqṣān to yeh hai ki ʻaṣre ḥāz̤ir kī nau-jawān nasl jo Islām kī ḥaqīqī taʻlīmāt se shanāsā nahīṅ woh media se muta’as̲s̲ir ho kar intehā-pasandī aur Dĕhshat-Gardī ko (maʻādh Allāh) Dīn-o maz̲hab ke as̲arāt yā dīnī aur maz̲habī logoṅ ke rawayyoṅ kī ṭaraf‎ mansūb kar dete hai aur yūṅ apne li’e lā-dīnīyat yā dīṅ-gurezī kī rāh meṅ behtarī samajhne lagte haiṅ. Yeh ġhalaṭ ṭarze fikr unheṅ raftā-raftā be-Dīn bana rahā hai jis kā nuqṣān pūrī Ummate Muslimā kī aglī nasloṅ ko hoga. Is ke bar-ʻaks dūsrā nuqṣān, ʻālame Maġhrib aur bil-ḳhuṣūṣ pūrī insānīyat ke li’e yeh hai ki maz̲kūrā-bālā pālisīyoṅ aur manfī sar-garmiyoṅ kā kaʼī Muslim nau-jawānoṅ par manfī radde ʻamal ho rahā hai. Woh is ʻālame Maġhrib ke bā’z mŏʼas̲s̲ir ḥalqoṅ kī Islām ke ḳhilāf munaẓẓam sāzish aur ʻadāwat qarār de rahe haiṅ, jis ke natīje meṅ woh radde ʻamal ke ṭaur par rāhe eʻtedāl (moderation) C̥hor̥ kar nafrat-o inteqām kā jazbā le kar Intehā’-Pasand (extremist) aur phir Shiddat-Pasand aur bil- āḳhir Dĕhshat-Gard ban rahe haiṅ yā banā’e jā rahe haiṅ. Goyā Maġhrebī pālisīyoṅ kī waj·h se Dĕhshat-Gardoṅ ko mazīd na’ī khep aur nā’ī afrādī quwwat mayassar ātī jā rahī hai aur yeh silsilā lā-mutanāhī hotā dikhā’ī de rahā hai. So donoṅ ṣūratoṅ meṅ nuqṣān ʻālame insānīyat kā bhī hai aur ʻālame Islām kā bhī.

 

Mazīd yeh ki aise ḥālāt ʻālame Islām aur ʻālame Maġhrib ke darmiyān tanā’o aur kashīdagī meṅ mazīd iz̤āfā karte jā rahe haiṅ aur Dĕhshat-Gardī ke faroġh se Muslim riyāsatoṅ meṅ mazīd daḳhl-andāzī aur un par dabā’o bad̥hā’e jāne kā rāstā bhī ziyādā se ziyādā ham-wār hota jā rahā hai. Phir bhī khalīj ʻālamī‎ saṭḥ par insānīyat ko nā ṣirf bayn-ul-mad̲h̲ahib muḳhāṣamat‎ kī ṭaraf‎ dhakel ‎rahī hai balki ʻālamī‎ insānī birādarī meṅ amn-o sukūn aur bā-hamī bardāsht-o rawā-dārī ke imkānāt bhī maʻdūm hote jā rahe haiṅ.

 

In ḥālāt meṅ ham ne z̤arūri samjhā ki Millate Islāmīyyā aur pūrī dunyā ko Dĕhshat-Gardī ke masʻalā par ḥaqīqate ḥāl se āgāh kiyā jā’e aur Isālm kā do-t̥ūk mauqif Qur’ān-o Sunnat aur kutube ʻaqā’id-o fiqh kī raushnī meṅ wāz̤eḥ kar diyā jā’e. Yeh mauqif sharq tā ġharb dunyā ke har ḳhiṭṭā meṅ tamām qābile z̲ikr idāroṅ aur mŏ’as̲s̲ir ṭabaqāt tak pahonchā diyā jā’e tā ki ġhalaṭ-fĕhmī aur shukūk-o shub·hāt meṅ mubtalā jumlā Muslim wa ġhair-Muslim ḥalqoṅ ko Dĕhshat-Gardī ke bāre meṅ Islām kā nuqtā-e naẓar samajhne meṅ madad mil sake. Is tĕḥqīqī dastāwez ke mundarijāt aur mushtamilāt kā ijmālī ḳhākā kuc̥h is ṭarḥ hai ki is dastāwez ke pĕhle bāb meṅ Islām kā maʻná-o mafhūm wāz̤eḥ karte huʼe Dīne Islām ke tīn darajāt Islām, Imān aur Eḥsān – par bĕhs̲ kī ga’ī hai. Yeh tīnoṅ alfāẓ apne maʻná aur mafhūm ke eʻtebār se sarāsar amn-o salāmati, rĕḥmat-o ra·āfat, taḥammul-o bardāsht, maḥabbat-o ulfat, eḥsān shiʻārī aur eḥterāme ādmīyat kī taʻlīm ke ḥāmil haiṅ.

 

Is dastāwez ke dūsre bāb meṅ darjanoṅ Āyāt aur bīsiyoṅ Aḥādis̲ ke z̲arīʻe yeh s̲ābit kiyā gayā hai ki Musalmānoṅ kā qatle-ʻām aur Dĕhshat-Gardī Islām meṅ qaṭʻī ḥarām balki kufrīyā afʻāl haiṅ. Kibār A’immā-E Tafsīr wa Ḥadis̲ aur Fuqahā’-o Mutakallimīn kī taṣrīḥāt se yeh s̲ābit kiyā gayā hai ki chaudah sau sāla tārīḳhe Islām meṅ jumlā ĕhle ʻilm kā fatwá yehī rahā hai.

 

Fatwá ke agle ḥiṣṣe meṅ ġhair-Muslim shĕhriyoṅ ke ḥuqūq ko sharḥ-o basṭ ke sāth bayān kiyā gayā hai. Is z̤imn meṅ mutaʻaddad Āyāt-o Aḥādis̲ aur Ās̲ār se istinbāṭ karte huʼe kibār Ā’immā-e Kirām kī ārā’ bhī darj kī ga’i haiṅ.

 

ʻIlāwah azīṅ is bĕḥs̲ aur tĕḥqīq kā aham-tarīn nuqtā yeh hai ki woh kyā fikr, naẓarīyā, soch aur z̲ehnīyat hai jo ek Musalmān ko dūsre Musalmānoṅ aur insānoṅ ke qatle-ʻām tak le jātī hai? Us kī naẓar meṅ bāzār meṅ kharidārī karne wālī aurtoṅ aur school jāte maʻṣūm bachchoṅ kā qatl jā’iz hī nahīṅ balki bā’is̲e s̲awāb ban jātā hai. Woh kaunsī quwwat hai jo use yeh yaqīn dilā detī hai ki masājid meṅ namāz ke li’e jamʻa hone wāle Musalmānoṅ kā qatle-ʻām kar ke bhī woh jannat kā ḥaqq-dār ban jā’ega. Zindagī jaisī Allāh Taʻālá kī sab se badī neʻmat, ek Dĕhshat‎-Gard kyūṅ apne hī hāthoṅ ḳhẉud-kush ḥamlā kar ke ḳhatm kar leta hai? Yeh woh sawālāt haiṅ jo har z̲ī-shuʻūr ke z̲ehn meṅ gardish kar rahe haiṅ. In tamām ubharte hu’e sawālāt kā jawāb dene ke liye ham ne ʻilmī dalā’il ke sāth-sāth un tārī ḳhī haqā’iq se bhī istidlāl kiyā hai jin kī nishān-dehī ḳhẉud Nabīye Āḳhir-uz-Zamān ṣallá Allāhu ‘alayhi wa-Ālihi wa-sallam aur Ṣaḥābā-e Kirām riḍwān Allāhi ‘alayhim ajma‘īn ne farmā’i thī. Ham ne Āyāte Qur’āni, Ahādis̲e Nabawī aur Taṣriḥāte A’immā ke z̲arīʻe Ḳhawārij kī ʻalāmāt aur ʻaqā’id-o naẓarīyāt kā tafsīlī tajziyā karte hu’e yeh bāt wāz̤eḥ kī hai ki Dĕhshat‎-Gard maujūdā daur ke Ḳhawārij haiṅ.

 

Qur’ān-o Ḥadis̲, Ās̲āre Ṣaḥābā aur A’immā-o Fuqahā’ Kirām ke nā qābile tardīd dalā’il se Dĕhshat-Gardī ko ḳhurūj-o baġhāwat, fasād fī al-arḍ aur kufrīyā feʻl qarār dene ke bāʻd ham ne “Daʻwate Fikr wa Iṣlāḥ” ke ʻunwān se in tamām z̲immā-dār tāqatoṅ ko is ṭaraf‎ bhī mutawajje kiyā hai ki mulkī aur ʻālamī saṭḥ par aise tamām mŏḥarrikāt kā khātemā honā chāhi’e jin se ʻawām-un-nās ab·hām kā shikār hote haiṅ aur Dĕhshat-Gardī ke pīc̥he kār-farmā ḳhufyā quwwatoṅ ko taqwīyat miltī hai.

 

Aaj kal ek bĕḥs̲ yeh bhī chal ‎rahī hai ki chūṅ-ki ġhair mulkī sāmrājī tāqateṅ Pākistān samet Muslim mamālik meṅ be-jā mudāḳhalat kar ‎rahī haiṅ, is li’e un ke mafādāt ko nuqṣān pahunchāne aur un kā rāstā rokne ke li’e jihādī giroh sar-garme ʻamal haiṅ. Un kā ʻamal agarche durust nahīṅ lekin nīyat aur irādā chūṅ-ki difāʻe Islām hai, is li’e unheṅ burā nahīṅ kehnā chāhi’e.  Ham samajhte haiṅ ki yeh ek ghinā’onā maz̲āq aur afsos-nāk rawish hai. Is fikrī muġhālṭe ke izāle ke li’e bĕḥs̲ ke āghāz meṅ muḳhtaṣar-sā ḥiṣṣā is mauz̤ūʻ ke liʼe bhī muḳhtaṣ kar diyā gayā hai jis meṅ is ḥaqīqat ko Āyāt-o Aḥādis̲ kī raushnī meṅ wāz̤eḥ kiyā gayā hai ki burā’ī kisī bhī ṣūrat meṅ nā ac̥hc̥hāʼī ban saktī hai aur nā zulm-o ziyādatī, ḥusne nīyat ke bā’is̲ nekī shumār ho saktī hai.

 

In ibtedā’ī waz̤āḥatī maʻrūz̤āt ke sāth yeh ḥaqīqat bayān kar denā bhī z̤arūrī samajhte haiṅ ki ham yeh teḥqīqī mauqif mĕḥz̤ Dīne Islām kī izzat-o ḥurmat aur ḳhidmate insānīyat kī ḳhāṭir pesh kar rahe haiṅ. Is se hamārā maqṣūd nā kisī ʻālamī tāqat kī ġhair dānish-mandānā kārwā’iyoṅ kī ḥimāyat hai aur nā Pākistān samet kisī bhī ḥukūmat kī ġhalaṭ pālīsiyoṅ kā taḥaffuẓ. Hameṅ nā kisī ḥukūmat kī ḳhẉush-nūdī chāhi’e aur nā kisī ʻālamī idāre yā mulk kī ṭaraf se dare-tĕḥsīn. Ham hameshā kī ṭarḥ yeh kām bhī apnā manṣabī farīz̤ā aur Dīnī z̲immā-dāri samajhte hu’e sar-anjām de rahe haiṅ. Hamārā maqṣūd Islām ke raushan chehre par lage hu’e Dĕhshat-Gardī ke bad-numā dāġh ko dhona, Musalmānoṅ ko Qur’ān-o Sunnat kī aṣl taʻlīmāt se rū-shanās karnā aur insānīyat ko Dĕhshat-Gardī kī dĕhĕktī āg se nijāt dilāne kī koshish karnā hai.

 

Allāh ta’ala hamārī isī kāwish ko apne Ḥabībe Mukarram ṣallá Allāhu ‘alayhi wa-Ālihi wa-sallam ke taṣdduq se apnī bārgāh meṅ sharfe qubūlīyat se nawāze.

Jaan Lena Chaahiye Ki Jis Tarah Khilafate Zaahiri, Khulafa-e-Rashideen Se Shuru’ Hu’i Aur Is Ka Faiz Hasbe Haal Ummat Ke Saaleh Hukkaam Aur Aadil Umara’ Ko Muntaqil Hota Chala Gaya, Usi Tarah Khilafate Baatini Bhi Sayyidina ‘Aliyy-ul-Murtaza KarramAllahu Ta’ala Waj’hah-ul-Karim Se Shuru’ Hu’i Aur Is Ka Faiz Hasbe Haal A’imma-e-At’hare Ahle Bayt Aur Ummat Ke Awliya’-e-Kaamilin Ko Muntaqil Hota Chala Gaya. Huzoor Faatih Wa Khaatim SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ne….. من كنت مولاه فهذا علي مولاه (Jis Ka Mein Mawla Hoo’n Us Ka Yeh ‘Ali Mawla Hai)…. Aur…. علي وليكم من بعدي (Mere Ba’d Tumhara Wali ‘Ali Hai)…. Ke E’laane Aam Ke Zariye Hazrat ‘Ali KarramAllahu Ta’ala Waj’hah-ul-Karim Ko Ummat Me Wilayat Ka Faatihe Awwal Qaraar De Diya.

Baabe Wilayat Me Shah Wali Allah Muhaddith Dihlawi Rahmatullahi Ta’ala Alayh Ke Alfaz Mulaahiza Ho’n :

1    و فاتحِ اوّل ازین اُمت مرحومہ حضرت علی مرتضی است کرم اﷲ تعالیٰ وجھہ۔

“Is Ummate Marhooma Me (Faatihe Awwal) Wilayat Ka Darwaza Sab Se Pehle Kholne Waale Fard Hazrat ‘Aliyy-ul-Murtaza KarramAllahu Ta’ala Waj’hah-ul-Karim Hain.”

2۔             و سرِ حضرت امیر کرم اﷲ وجھہ در اولادِ کرام ایشان رضی اللہ عنہم سرایت کرد۔

“Hazrat Amir KarramAllahu Ta’ala Waj’hah-ul-Karim Ka Raaze Wilayat Aap Kee Aulaade Kiram RadiyAllahu Ta’ala ‘Anhu Me Saraayat Kar Gaya.”

3چنانکہ کسی از اولیاء امت نیست الا بخاندانِ حضرتتضیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ مرتبط است بوجہی از وجوہ۔

4۔             و از اُمتِ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اوّل کسیکہ فاتحِ بابِ جذب شدہ است، و دراں جا قدم نہادہ است حضرت امیر المؤمنین علی کرم اﷲ وجھہ، و لہٰذا سلاسلِ طُرُق بداں جانب راجع میشوند۔

  1. Is Mawzoo’ Par Hazrat Mujaddide Alfe Thani Shaykh Ahmad Sarhandi Rahmatullahi Ta’ala ‘Alayh Kee Tahqiq Mulahiza Farmaein :

 

و راہی است کہ بقربِ ولایت تعلق دارد : اقطاب و اوتاد و بدلا و نجباء و عامۂ اولیاء اﷲ، بہمین راہ واصل اندراہ سلوک عبارت ازین راہ است بلکہ جذبۂ متعارفہ، نیز داخل ہمین است و توسط و حیلولت درین راہ کائن است و پیشوای، و اصلان این راہ و سرگروہ اینھا و منبع فیض این بزرگواران : حضرت علی مرتضی است کرم اﷲ تعالے وجھہ الکریم، و این منصب عظیم الشان بایشان تعلق دارد درینمقام گوئیا ہر دو قدم مبارک آنسرور علیہ و علی آلہ الصلوۃ و السلام برفرق مبارک اوست کرم اﷲ تعالی وجھہ حضرت فاطمہ و حضرات حسنین رضی اللہ عنہم درینمقام با ایشان شریکند، انکارم کہ حضرت امیر قبل از نشاء ہ عنصرے نیز ملاذ این مقام بودہ اند، چنانچہ بعد از نشاءہ عنصرے و ہرکرا فیض و ہدایت ازین راہ میر سید بتوسط ایشان میر سید چہ ایشان نزد ن۔ قطہ منتھائے این راہ و مرکز این مقام بایشان تعلق دارد، و چون دورہ حضرت امیر تمام شُد این منصب عظیم القدر بحضرات حسنین ترتیبا مفوض و مسلم گشت، و بعد از ایشان بہریکے از ائمہ اثنا عشر علے الترتیب و التفصیل قرار گرفت و در اعصاراین بزرگواران و ہمچنیں بعد از ارتحال ایشان ہر کرا فیض و ہدایت میرسید بتوسط این بزرگواران بودہ و بحیلولۃ ایشانان ہرچند اقطاب و نجبای وقت بودہ باشند و ملاذ وملجاء ہمہ ایشان بودہ اند چہ اطراف را غیر از لحوق بمرکز چارہ نیست۔

Yeh Sayyidina Imam Muhammad Mahdi ‘Alayh-is-Salam Honge Jo Barhawe’n Imam Bhi Honge Aur Aakhri Khalifa Bhi. Un Kee Zaate Aqdas Me Zaahir Wa Baatin Ke Dono’n Raaste Jo Pehle Juda They Mujtama’ Kar Di’e Jaaenge. Yeh Haamile Wilayat Bhi Honge Aur Waarise Khilafat Bhi, Wilayat Aur Khilafat Ke Dono’n Martabe Un Par Khatam Kar Di’e Jaaenge. So Jo Imam Mahdi ‘Alayh-is-Salam Ka Munkir Hoga Woh Deen Kee Zaahiri Wa Baatini Dono’n Khilafato’n Ka Munkir Hoga.

 

Yeh Mazhariyyate Muhammadi SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Kee Intiha Hogi, Is Li’e Un Ka Naam Bhi ‘Muhammad’ Hoga Aur Un Ka ‘Khalq’ Bhi Muhammadi (SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam) Hoga, Taa Ki Dunya Ko Ma’lum Ho Jaa’e Ki Yeh ‘Imam’ Faizane Muhammadi SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ke Zaahir Wa Baatin Dono’n Wirasato’n Ka Ameen Hai. Is Li’e Huzoor SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ne Farmaya :
“Jo Imam Mahdi ‘Alayh-is-Salam Kee Takzeeb Karega Woh Kafir Ho Jaaega.”
Us Waqt Rooe Zameen Ke Tamaam Awliya’ Ka Marja’ Aap ‘Alayh-is-Salam Honge Aur Ummate Muhammadi SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ka Imam Hone Ke Baa’is Sayyidina Isa ‘Alayh-is-Salam Bhi Aap ‘Alayh-is-Salam Kee Iqtida’ Me Namaz Ada Farmaenge Aur Isi Tarah Ahle Jaha’n Me Aap ‘Alayh-is-Salam Kee Imamat Ka E’laan Farmaenge.

So Hum Sab Ko Jaan Lena Chahiye Ki Hazrat Mawla ‘Aliyy-ul-Murtaza KarramAllahu Ta’ala Waj’hah-ul-Karim Aur Hazrat Mahdi Alal Ard Wa’s-Sama’ ‘Alayh-is-Salam..…Baap Aur Beta Dono’n…..Allah Ke Wali Aur RasoolAllah SallAllahu Ta’ala ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ke Wasi Hain. Inhein Taslim Karna Har Sahibe Iman Par Waajib Hai.
